「This place has one good thing going for it, the location. Everything else was a series disappointments, some minor, some not so. From technical glitches with doors, to lack of prepared personnel at the reception desk, to unnecessary experiences, one during check in and another with a reception guard waking me up at 2am. 「Habitaciones amplias y muy limpias, el área del roof es lo que más me gusta del hotel sin embargo ya llevan un par de años que no funciona su jacuzzi y tampoco tenían música en el área de alberca en esta ocasión, tampoco tuvimos agua caliente por 3 días hablamos y nomás decían que lo estaban revisando hay que poner atención a estos detalles, me hospedó seguido aquí pero ahora hubo varias deficiencias en el servicio, por todo lo demás bien.」
