「La habitación estuvo súper bien , se nos hizo un poco pequeño nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitaciones por qué no sirvió el Baño, pero el personal fue muy amable y lo hicieron en brevedad」

「We arrived at the apartment building to find that the Portero and other security people had no idea what we were talking about when we asked about the apartment. We have been charged for a stay that we never received. No one left a note or key or message for us. Appears to be a complete fraud.」

「Apartment was ok. Expected commodities as we've had on other apartments we've stayed before. Have in mind there's no: Hairdryer, towels for pool/beach, kitchen basics like cooking oil, dish soap, salt/sugar, napkins, shampoo (got only 2 small shampoos and 2 small soaps for 4 days stay. Also requested a $1000 deposit in cash or CC/DC refundable 4-7 days after checkout, which we were not aware of. We did not have wifi service or smart tv options (due to lack of internet I guess).
