"This was an overall excellent experience. The room was nice and reasonably priced. There ended up being an ac issue where the room temperature wouldn’t drop below 77 degrees, which produced several sleepless nights. The communication with the rental temp was pretty horrid, we received a few ineffective ways to troubleshoot it; but nothing was ever fixed. We were even promised a follow up phone call the next day(post checkout) and were ghosted. This was pretty disappointing."

"This hotel is amazing no matter which room you stay in. If you have a chance to stay in a Waterview room, I recommend it. The views are unbeatable. The rooms are so spacious. The gym is unmatched for a hotel gym. The pool is large. The hotel feels secure because you actually need to use your key to go to the right floor. "

"The hotel was nice the pool and hot tub was under construction, so we had to use the lap pool. The second day the carpet was being cleaned outside of our room smell was awful. The resort fee is a joke consider they give you a voucher for a beach club where you are limited to two beach chairs, and two beach towels( it was me and my two teenage daughters) they want you to pay 30 bucks for the umbrella,if not you bake him the hot sun. Overall an okay stay but I was hoping for more accommodation for the price point."
