「Resort was incredibly clean and beautiful. There was a ton to do so no need to schedule excursions. We saw/swam with sea turtles, octopus, stingray’s and many different fish right off beach. There is property is massive and the food is incredible at all buffets and restaurants. I promise you will not be disappointed.」

「Extremely friendly staff. Very helpful.
The whole resort is so clean! Super kid friendly and family oriented. The check in was a bit lengthy there was a long line but it was a great place would def. Recommend others to come here.」

「El hotel está muy bueno para descansar, el servicio del personal destaca, todos son muy amables, lo único malo es que los restaurantes temáticos siempre tienen cupo lleno y apenas pudimos conocer 1, del resto todo excelente」

「The residence is actually located on Tulum golf resort and Bahia Principe is across the highway. There's nothing to do on the residential side. You will definitely need to rent a vehicle which they assisted with. Please download Whatsapp, you will need it! All communications went through the app. Front desk was helpful but again nothing is at the golf resort. You can purchase armbands for the resort across the highway but no transportation is provided. They will call a taxi lol for $20,...

「Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO … when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool. Very misleading. When asked about hot water - we will fixed and they never did. 」
