「The residence is actually located on Tulum golf resort and Bahia Principe is across the highway. There's nothing to do on the residential side. You will definitely need to rent a vehicle which they assisted with. Please download Whatsapp, you will need it! All communications went through the app. Front desk was helpful but again nothing is at the golf resort. You can purchase armbands for the resort across the highway but no transportation is provided. They will call a taxi lol for $20,...

「Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO … when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool.
