「I couldn’t say enough good things about this property. We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed every single day we were there. Outside area: Beautiful and jungle like around the pool, restaurant and rooms. So well maintained. Gym: perfect little fitness studio with a treadmill, elliptical, free weights and a machine for pulls. Pools: 2 main pools - rooftop or the main pool which is long enough to swim laps if desired. 「Hotel is round 25 minutes of walking from ruines, even though it is a bit far from downtown Tulum, but suits our purpose well. Staff and condition of property is excellent. 」

「This Hotel is inside of Papaya Playa Project. So you get acess to all the PPP Beach Club and Sat Night Party! which is actually really nice. But I will say that beach club is expensive so if you want a place with a bar where drinks are not $20+ dollars. I would book somewhere else. However if your down to stay in a small room to have access to a top tier beach club and thats your vibe then this is perfect for you. I think staying here for a weekend and going to the Big party is a wonderful deal...
