Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve Tours

Staff was great .. especially Estefany Expedia specialist and Brion the customer service rep Our housekeeper Veronica was also great.. my friend redefined a doctor and Victor was fantastic.. the plugs by tv did not work so we made coffee in the bathroom. The coffee pot was 2 to 4 cups land the amount of coffee in the packs were for about a gallon! Not good! Need more restaurants!

If you are looking to have a good time do not stay here outside bars close at 5 no matter what day of the week it is and pool closes at 8 if you are trying to be at the pool until 8 you will have to go all the way inside to grab a drink and once inside ordering drinks at the bar staff is complaining how you can’t be at the bar wet food here was nasty me and my wife went out to eat every night and when we stay there was lots of construction going on outside the hotel they was jack hammering in the morning started around 7am house keeping kept coming in to our room and knocking despite us having do not disturb sign overall we didn’t really have a great time here

All staff were very nice and professional! Front reception helped us book an extra night without problem! Overall the stay was nice and we had great time ! Will definitely go back!
