Maybe I should preface this by saying I don’t usually do resorts. But this stay made me realize I never want to again. The check in process was excruciatingly long. I was tired and jet lagged and asked repeatedly to just get to my room and they kept asking to sign me up for events for discounts. ...

Everyone and everything was wonderful. My only gripe is that the maintenance man walked in unannounced and that was very concerning for a group of women. I did complain to the owner about it.
