This might be one of the worst hotels in Tulum. The rooms are old and have a musty smell to them with torn curtains on the windows and rusted sliding glass doors with keys that are difficult to open/close. There is no staff onsite before 10 am or after 6 pm, and accessing the property is difficult ...
