Cancun 4 Stars Hotels

"We came and stayed for 5 nights to celebrate our 3 year anniversary. It was amazing! Staff was very attentive and kind 10/10. The only thing (which is out of their control) was a lot of seaweed on the beach. We are told it’s common around this time of year. Again, not their fault the hotel was awesome and we would definitely recommend. Our favorite restaurant was at sunset. We ended up eating there twice. The Aura spa was awesome. Shoutout Jesus and Daniel for giving us an awesome experience. The saunas and steam room were 10/10. The entertainment people were also awesome. Knew our names and always made us feel included with any and all activities taking place. We love SUNSCAPE!"

"El hotel supero mis espectativas, buena comida, buen entretenimieto la playa divina y el staff muy amables. La unica recomendacion que les haria es que deben cambiar los juegos de cuartos. "

"I loved everything the Staff theres a guy name Alexander hacienda buffet he always make my husband and i welcome so grateful for him room was clean the resort was fun. Beach the waves where terrible the pool was nicee the steak house was amazing "

"The rooms were nice. The only thing I have to complain about is that a hat was stolen from inside my room by staff I’m guessing and it was never returned or refunded. Which is very upsetting because the amenities were nice. For my first time being in Cancun I would give it a 3 out of 5 stars, staff was some what rude if though I spoke the same language as them fluently, other than that. Descent location. Descent food. Beds were also descent. "
