「I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was genuinely the worst hotel stay I’ve experienced despite extensive international travel. The biggest issue was safety and connectivity. There was essentially no Wi-Fi and almost no cellular reception, making it extremely difficult — and honestly concerning — to contact anyone, get directions, or access help when needed. 「We loved our stay at Serenity Glamping. Our accommodation was the "Lodge" which has a kitchenette and 3 bedrooms. I recommend the Lodge because the restaurant on site is VERY expensive so it is nice to be able to have your own food/drinks at your site. The Lodge was very private and wonderful! Only steps away from the beautiful XpuHa beach. :) 」

We both had a blast going to the tulum ruins and having a light breakfast everyday by the ocean. Staff was super nice and accommodating. 「lovely hotel on one of the best neaches in Tulum. Staff was highly attentive to our needs and sincerely wanted my family to have a memorable experience. The room has the look and feel of a spa. The complimentary breakfast was healthy and delicious. Small, quaint, and delightful. We'll be back for another week.」
