The staff were excellent and wow, the chef's vegan meals were superb. "This is definitely NOT A LUXURY RESORT on any level. Our room we had booked with the private pool - the pool was out of service. 2. A family had registered to stay there but it is an adults only resort. The family begged to Stay as they had nowhere else to go but the mgmt didn’t care and kicked them out.
