"The manager was very nice. She was very helpful with our checkin process. The rooms were very clean and the pool was cleaned daily. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"Awesome location, directly across the street from the beach. No AC in main part of house. AC ran great in all bedrooms. Hot tub was not operational, and there was not toilet seat on one of the toilets. Manager said owner was shipping one from US, but never arrived. No daily housekeeping, refrigerator did not get or stay cold. And taxis we arranged for pick up to leave, never arrived. We were allotted one towel per person, and had to ask to get them changed out. For girls that use towels...

"Great stay. Host was very welcoming and helpful."

"It was super close to shopping center, restaurants and specially the beaches"

"Superplek. De kamers zijn fantastisch. De eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijke mensen en helpen je met het uitzoeken van leuke activiteiten. De boottocht op de boot van de eigenaar was een hoogtepunt. Het eten wordt bereid door de eigenares en is van topkwaliteit."

"This property is private and quiet in a nice community. The yard with the canopy of trees is so beautiful. Comfy beds, good A/C, good linens. Huge tv’s. Kitchen pretty much has what you need. Having an oven is a plus. The pool is cool. Which was perfect for the 32 C temps. It is a property worth staying at for sure. Perfect for families. The owner is a lovely man who answered all our questions and was over to help us with anything we needed. "

"Everything was great, from the location to the ease of checking in and out, to the overall house. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again."

"The house and cenote is beautiful."

We had to go to a laundry mat to wash our towels. Security guards were amazing and very helpful. Security guard...

"We've stayed there before and we love it. "

"¡Fraude total! Cobraron el dinero de mi tarjeta, pero nunca nos enviaron la dirección de la villa, los códigos de acceso ni ninguna información para entrar. Viajábamos con niños, adultos mayores y niños con necesidades especiales, y no les importó dejarnos en la calle sin alojamiento. Intentamos comunicarnos muchas veces, pero hasta el momento nadie nos ha dado una respuesta ni una solución. Esta experiencia nos causó muchísimo estrés, gastos adicionales y angustia para toda la familia. No...

"everything was great. Far away from everything but beautiful."

"Casa Zaba was amazing! We will definitely return for the seclusion & beautiful home. We took referrals from the management for a private Chef (Pablo) and massages in home (Clara). We enjoyed each meal curated and presented on the porch table; fresh & amazing! You could hear the waves while getting the best massage you’ve ever had. Both referrals were absolutely outstanding. The management host was extremely communicative & responsive. The daily staff who live on the property were so sweet and...
