「We had a great time and enjoyed all the food. We came just to stay the night and relax before our flight but it was nice spot and everyone was friendly and helpful. The check in experience is top tier. One thing to note is that there’s not much entertainment. If you’re looking for that you’ll need to do tours. I think a game room or similar would’ve been nice. Todo fue excelente, excepto en el restaurante Azul, donde el mesero trataba muy bien a los turistas, pero a nosotros, que hablábamos...

「Beautiful hotel and a safe and secured new Marina area. the rooms are very spacious and modern and well equipped. Breakfast was served either inside or on the terrace overlooking the ocean. Nice pool and beach access with the beach club and food and drink service. I’ll definitely recommend the hotel.」

「This was an amazing stay. Surprisingly so I seem to be one of only about five or six guests. For it to be a spacious resort I was very shocked of that, but maybe it was an off-season for them. From the hospitality, the staff, the location, the transportation services at the front desk that you could add, the swim up sweet pool, the restaurants in the food I give this place five stars! I’m surprised they were not booked to capacity and that it was so inexpensive. I would return! I also was a solo...

「Nos encanta el hotel. Habitacion perfecta, desayuno buffet excelente, servicio impecable, acceso directo al centro comercial de puerto Cancun. Unica experiencia muy muy muy molesta ha sido volver al hotel despues de las 10pm pues a la entrada de Puerto Cancun habia una cola infinita de coches que debian pasar por un control de seguridad que nos hizo perder mucho tiempo. No entendemos que los huepedes de un hotel bien caro come este tengan que pasar por este control y perder tanto tiempo como...
