「J’ai séjourné ici. C’est incroyable. Hyper bien situé juste en face de la Playa Tortugas pour prendre le ferry pour Isla Mujeres, médecin H24, pharmacie et une petite supérette juste en bas de l’immeuble. Hôte hyper avenante et arrangeante. Elle m’a laissée accéder à la chambre à 12h le jour de notre arrivée. Nous étions épuisées avec ma fille. Cela a été très apprécié. Je reviendrai sans hésitation」

「The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily.」

「No servía el baño , las sábanas estaban sucias , la calidad del departamento dejaba mucho que desear , en comparación con un hotel , me sentí frustrada , los hoteles tal vez le inviertes un poquito más pero tienes limpieza y servicio ! Aquí el precio no era para lo que ofrecían ! Lo único bueno , es que tienes vista al mar , de ahí , nada bueno !」

「The condo was great. Trying to get wifi for check in was tragic with the actual hotel. They wanted 30 dollars to access their wifi so I could communicate with the host. Not good.」

「Poor communication, had issues to get in the room and did not receive reply for hours, same at the time of checking in, couldn't get a hold of the host. Good place but no worth the experience.」

Es necesario realizar un mantenimiento general a la propiedad, ya que el flujo de agua en la regadera es mínimo y un cristal está mal asegurado y podría caerse. También se percibe cierto deterioro en las instalaciones y un problema con hormigas. Asimismo, la comunicación previa a la llegada fue muy deficiente; la falta de respuesta sobre los datos de la reservación me causó mucha desconfianza e incertidumbre....
