「The place does not look anywhere near the photos, communication was absolutely horrible I sat inside my car for 3hrs early in the morning trying to get into the property to then find out if was given the wrong code, me and my friend both woke up with a bad allergic reaction eyes swollen face swollen 2 out of the 3 days which i think was coming from the millions of red ants that were coming in I asked for early check out to possible be able to go to another place and was denied a refund!! 「The best thing about the hotel is the swimming pool. We had to change rooms after the first night because the toilet would not work properly. Also, the a/c in the room was very weak, the bathroom is minuscule, no hair dryer in the whole hotel, very poor lighting in the room and the bathroom. In the second room we had to get maintenance to fix that toilet also. The whole room needs a paint job. There are cracks in the walls and there is a piece of glass missing from the bathroom window that...

「Before booking this stay based off of reviews I was very excited . After booking this stay the reviews I had read made me very nervous. AFTER staying here for my 35th birthday I was very pleased with everything . The rooms were clean and well maintained, we did not hear the high way traffic , pool was wonderful though I didn’t go in I laid out by them . Pool bar was minimal but served its purpose. 「Had a really great stay overall. The hotel had a fun, welcoming LGBTQ+ vibe and the staff and bartenders were all fantastic — super friendly and made the experience even better. The beach access and atmosphere were great too. The only downside was the Sunday drag brunch. It seemed to take over the entire bar area for most of the day, so it was hard to even get service or access the bar while hanging out at the beach. 「I had an amazing stay at Hotel Plaza De Armas Old San Juan in Puerto Rico! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Old San Juan and close to everything. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and full of charm, but what truly made the experience special was the excellent staff.
