「The sealant under the shower door was coming off, causing water to leak out. pull out couch was broken and due to it being broken I did not lift it to look for the remote that was stuck underneath. Came back one day and the door was wide open. Horrible communication. Uber and door dash could never find us. Not happy with my stay at ALL」

「Very clean. And in a very centric area.」

「Everything is really close. room aren’t good, the air conditioner is in, and the staff is awesome.」

「We loved our stay! The place is very spacious, super clean, and perfectly located in Old San Juan. It was perfect for our family of five. We truly recommend this place!」

「Everything was amazing!!!!」

「Luz communicated with us the whole time which made our stay very nice. I left my medicine in the freezer and they called so that we could come back for it. That was so nice. We always think hotels are too expensive so no worries on price. Very reasonable for what was around. Wish the TV had a basic cable of some kind as we didn’t want to put passwords, etc. in for streaming.」
