An amazing property! The pool is small but was perfect to relax after a night out. The kitchen has everything you need and even includes appliances and cookware in order to make meals. The air conditioning unit in our studio was a little bit leaky but it still kept the room nice and cold. I would truly recommend this place to anyone wanting to go to Puerto Rico as it is central to so many food spots. It had a grocery store right across the street and it was only a 10 minute walk to la placita! 10/10 I would definitely stay here again!

As a female solo traveler who’s been to Puerto Rico countless times here’s what I will say about this property. I booked the Terrace apartment and it was gorgeous spacious and clean. This apartment included a full kitchen bathroom with a shower, washer dryer and of course a beautiful terrace. This is an area where locals live, so if you are coming to Puerto Rico wanting a real experience, this is the place to stay. There’s a supermarket not too far from the property and the Doubletree is right around the corner. You’re an Uber ride away from old San Juan, Isla Verde, La placita and more. I had an amazing time and a great experience. Communication was open and frequent. I would definitely book this property again.

Main thing!!!! It was nice and cold!!!!! San Juan was so so hot that day I was dripping sweat. When I opened my room door we felt that nice cold breeze I was so happy. Place was nice provided towels, soap, shampoo, etc. they had pots and pans, dishes as well! The place wasn’t too clean but it wasn’t such a big deal, we just cleaned it ourselves and bromed as well!

The property was very dirty when we check in. The bed sheet look dirty and few strands of hair were found on the sheet. The shower was horrible, and there was a lot of sand on the floor.. there was also spillage on the fridge shelf. Overall, the place was very dirty.. We spent almost half a day to clean up the next day when we were there.. the check-in process is very easy and smooth. We are happy the entire time we were there, they don’t have water issue.

The location is great! It has a great restaurants and shops on the same street and is close to the Art Museum, grocery store, and the main street of Condado, which has beach access. This property is great for couples or solo travelers as it is affordable and in a fun part of town. The rooms are a comfortable size and the staff is very kind.
