「I travel often but, this was my first time booking at an all inclusive adult only resort, unfortunately, the Riu Montego Bay is overrated! If offered room 30 RUN by all means! The room is located directly over the 24 hr sports bar so sleeping is impossible, the view is obstructed, and to top it off the room has ROACHES! When we complained they sent up housekeeping with a can of insect spray and of course on the last day we saw more ROACHES so, now we have to FUMIGATE our luggage before going...

「We were on the 6 th floor our room was fine our friends were on the 3rd floor and said their rooms were very aged with dirty curtains. Bar staff were not consistently nice, tipping didn’t seem to help which makes me wonder do they get the tips? Reservation dining staff were very friendly with really great service which to me is more Riu palace typical. We had Randolph at the buffet multiple times and his service in his section was FANTASTIC. Which again is more Riu palace experience. At EVERY...
