Awesome place. When it comes to the availability of food and the diversity and quantity of it, the score is a solid 100%. The beach has beautiful soft sand BUT it is FULL of seaweeds. There was a spot that was fully clear that you could get to, once you pass the seaweeds. If you are going with kids they will be mesmerized by the water parks. Close to airport. Friendly staff. Great water pressure in the room. Large clean rooms. Great balcony. You will have too many options when it comes to food and drinks.

The hotel is good, however you can notice there is renovations going on. One of my rooms door frames was a bit broken. There was one night I had water that came out of the shower into the room and requested cleaning... got tired of waiting and cleaned it myself. Also near the building we were you could hear the construction noise as they are working on the hotel. The beach you could not go in, due to the sargazo. We had to drive to other beaches and do other activities (which came at additional cost to us). All and all it was an ok stay. Aside of the door, the 2 rooms were good and we had fun with the activities and the rest of the facility.

If you’re looking for budget and not doing much but get in the pool and entertainment , this is the spot for you. The beach was not good this July 1st-5th trip. Food was definitely subpar, most days not sure if bacon was a hot item but there were none when we’ve gone to the buffet 4 days out the 5 we’ve been there for breakfast. Booking dinner seems to always be unavailable but never packed in the restaurants itself. Also note while most resorts have room service, this one is done by 9pm and not many options also. You can’t bring any food out of the restaurant/buffet to your room. That was the biggest negative for us.

This was our second time visiting here first time we had an excellent experience at the adult side this time around it wasn’t so pleasant…. we came back and stayed at the family side We were disappointed and disgusted with what we had to witness…four incidents in completely four different restaurants where we encountered roaches walking either around the hibachi table, at the Mediterranean resturant and at both ITZEN & central plaza buffets… so disappointed especially since we really like this place the last time we came. The rooms were very clean. Staff was very professional and kind. Especially the ladies working the coffee shop they made my son very happy every time he seen them. Staff in restaurants where very friendly and knowledgeable as well

The beginning of the trip was good. Front desk was very helpful and tried their best to assist and got us the best room update. The spa was amazing. Spa stuff went above and beyond for us to have the best experience. Pools were clean and and amazing. Food was very delicious and a lot. I'm very upset about room cleaning and overall stuff. And yes we tipped them very well. Room cleaning services were horrible. The bathroom stayed dirty during our entire trip, bedsheets never got changed (I accidentally got lipstick on it that's how I know it never been changed), we tried to call front desk never picked up the phone. On our 3rd day of stay the cleaning services ladies gathered right in front of our room and were arguing so lound it was only 8am and we slept late, i had to walk out and ask them to let us sleep. Service was poor, majority of them speek 0 English and there were huge communication issues. The shows and activities are very poor. Need to bring more activities at the end of the day you get bored and there's nothing to do beside walking around the hotel.

The staff was friendly, and our room was clean when we arrived. Unfortunately, our experience went downhill on the very first day when the shower handle broke off completely. We called maintenance, and during the repair they flooded our entire room, making it uninhabitable. The resort initially offered us a room in a different building, but that wasn’t a reasonable option since we had a second room next to our children. They then offered us an “upgraded” room in our original building—but expected us to pay an additional fee for it. That was completely unacceptable. We were forced to move because of damage caused by the resort, not because of anything we did. Charging guests extra after your own maintenance staff floods their room is poor customer service. To make matters worse, no one assisted with moving our belongings—I had to pack and transport all of our luggage myself. Mistakes happen, but how a resort responds is what matters. In this case, the response fell well short of what I would expect from a resort of this caliber. At a minimum, the room upgrade should have been complimentary, and assistance with relocating should have been provided. Aside from this incident, the resort itself was nice, the room was clean, and the staff was generally pleasant. However, the way management handled this situation left a negative impression and marred what otherwise could have been a great stay.

The hotel is 15 mins away from the Airport. About the cleanliness: As soon we arrived, we noticed that the sofas next to the lobby were dirty. The room was fine and always cleaned on time. Restaurants have many flies flying around the food and glass. Very disgusting. They should do something about it, There is technology to keep flies away from food. About the team: They were really nice and helpful. The only thing I did not like is that once you arrive they "invite" you for breakfast or lunch (that you already paid) to talk to you for hours about their vacation package "all over the world". They are very pushy and it depends on you if you want to go subscribe. We did not, but missed 3 hours of our stay listening to them. About the food and beverage: it was good and tasty. About the amenities: They have some activities that you can attend depending on your interests. They had a presentation about Michael Jackson's "This is it" show. Part of the screen in the background was not working. The dancers did well but were not impressive, The pool was very refreshing but did not like that they do not have a Life Guard. So you are there at your risk, but a life guard can also help to keep people behaving. Guests were spitting, eating and clearing their nose in the pool. Horrible. The beach is there, but did not see many enjoying the area as there was too much seaweed. So the sea looked brown and not very inviting.

Beach was nice (cleanup of sargassum was very helpful). We wished the beach was a bit bigger to be able to do longer beach-walks. Thought closing of pool and beach at 7pm was a bit early.
