Service is absolutely horrible. During the 7 days we stayed we met one lady who was friendly. It was the lady that made our sushi at the Asian restaurant. The rest didn’t care. Service is SO slow. No matter what you need, expect a wait. People who speak Spanish definitely get preferential treatment.
We appreciated that our room got cleaned daily and our mini fridge was restocked all but one day. I did approach front guest about it and by the time we came back to our room, our fridge was restocked.
Buffet needs more variety. Have a focus of Italian, French, Chinese, etc. and that will help rotate the foods.
Fire show was our fav entertainment, the rest were okay.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay but service definitely needs attention.
