「The staff was super pleasant and kind - especially the front desk staff. I guess my biggest gripe is that the pool area isn't very inviting. It's not well lit at night and just generally felt like it needed tlc. The restaurant doesn't have much of a vibe and the food is bland but fine. 「The hotel was mixed: when we arrived, the reception was behind a locked door. We had no idea where to go. Once we found reception, they were nice and helpful. It was clean, the ac worked just fine. You had to cross a major highway to get to the beach. There was a note in the room disclaiming liability for theft, death, injury. So, because they did not assume responsibility for theft, and there was no safe, we did not have the room cleaned. There was no hold bar in the shower nor into the 9 inch...

「I was only staying one night and there was no dining room available but the staff were very helpful directing me to a sister hotel which was a very good standard. My room was extremely clean and very comfortable, would definitely recommend. 」

「I stayed two nights here, my first room didn't have hot water for showers and the second room's thermostat battery was low and the air conditioning wasn't working properly as a result. Plus check out is super early at 10 am for some reason, and their policy is to charge you $25 to extend it to 11am. It would be much more convenient for customers if the check out were at 11am or 12pm. On the plus side, the hotel had a lot of amenities and was very clean and the staff were very nice and...
