When you bring it up to management, they were not helpful at first. But then his solution was to check out and recheck back in so they could refund or reverse the holds that they did that were over $1000.
Also the bus to Seven Mile Beach does not run on the weekends, and when we called on a Friday they did...

「The on line check in was a nightmare was not able to get into the property until 500 p.m. There was no contact directly and we had to wait for calls back. There was a process whereby check in code would not let us check in. The online contact number did not provide anything else.
