「En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten...

「The hotel was decent the room was nice and housekeeping did a good job cleaning. The rooms do need to be updated and it's a funny smell in the hallways. They need more liquor options or put more liquor in the drinks doesn't seem that strong . Everyone was nice The food was good will . Will visit again 」

「The beach the property is on Cable beach is one of my favorites absolutely beautiful. Pool is awesome and clean as well. The food was actually good to be all inclusive there were hit of miss items just like anywhere some not enough flavor, etc. The desert selection could be more down home desert type instead of so bakery shop like or store bought. They need to take alot of time to update the resort but then again that would probably make it more expensive. At least update pics on the website. ...

「Took for ever to get our room at check in, then when we got there the AC was not working and took forever to change our room went through 3 different people before we got a change of room...unbelievable!」

「Great property all in all. Many choices for food . Great location. Service was great. But tower 7 north side sucks. The venue next door blast bass music from 9pm sharp till 12 or 2 am. Hard to sleep. And just unpleasant. Other then that was good place to stay」

「This was our second visit to this resort and we were happy to get our rooms in the area we requested. The staff were very professional and personable. Our favorite place for lunch was the La Briza right on the beach. We also played golf which I would recommend for the experience. It was a challengingly, beautiful course! We enjoyed swimming with the turtles in the ocean and watching the dolphins jump. We would highly recommend this resort to others! 」
