En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten atención a las señales de no molestar colocadas por los huéspedes.

Beautiful room very spacious and the swim up is a must! My butler Santaigo was very helpful. The beach looked like a post card. Everyone was amazing and beyond friendly. Shows were okay. Good enough to kill some time. Food was hit or miss but lots of options to chose from. Hibatchi and Italian restaurants were yummy. Room service food was always hot and fresh unlike the buffet.

The staff was wonderful - Franklin in the steakhouse was a pleasure to interact with and made our entire family feel welcome. Francisca at the resort pool bar as good as it gets! These are the type of people who make or break a vacation!

The whole place was lovely. Restaurants were delicious and no problem getting eight of us in for dinner each night The beach was beautiful and easy to get beach chairs. No getting up early to reserve a chair. Lots of chairs foe sun and shade. Rooms were cool and clean.

During my stay at Majestic Elegance I can’t say it enough how staff went above and beyond. Our Butler, Juan checked in a few times a day to see what he could do for us. Maxima and her crew at the Club Beach bar delivered delicious drinks continuously to us and were friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed the beach and pools. Loved that chairs and beds were always readily available anytime of day. The rooms, buffets and grounds were kept beautifully. The Japanese restaurant was the best. The others were eh. We even enjoyed a few of the shows when we were able to catch them. Our entire trip was a great success!

location was the highlight. ..food at the restaurants was great , buffet well ... sub par. but to be expected from a buffet. rooms where spacious and clean. and meet the expectations of a building built in the late 2000's. most services where good.

What they call the family side is a 4 out of 10 at best but if you are cost conscious and get a deal than it would be fine. The adult side swim out suites and facilities are wonderful, big step up and the experience is elevated to a 9. Would have been a 10 but we could not get into either of the 2 restaurants needing reservations. Even our butler tried for us. Will be back but only on the club side!

This resort is amazing all around! The staff work hard and give you the best experience. The elegance adults only club amenities are worth it, with clean rooms, and the choice of foods is plenty and tasty. Can’t wait to go back!
Beautiful clean beach
Good sized room with balcony that is kept clean and beds are comfortable!
Our favourite spot! Elegance Club C staff by the beach pool! Maxima and her whole crew are amazing people!

We travelled as a family of 4, kids were 7 and 10 years old. We had a wonderful time. The place was clean and staff was kind and helpful. They ensure we had everything we need. The beach was little wavy, but the sand was white and seaweed was cleared. The pool was clean and entertainment was excellent for all ages. There was food for everyone's preferences. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

Staff! Number 1 reason we keep going back. They are the friendliest, most helpful, and positive staff we have ever had at a resort. 2nd- the beauty and cleanliness of the resort-just breath taking. (Our butler Victor is a king among men) Club adults only is a plus-who takes a baby in a tropical vacation???

Amazing service. Clean rooms. A lot of fun things to do. The best guy over there was Jesus at the reception. Amazing person helped a lot with suggestion and very friendly an went above and beyond to assist and help us. Majestic is as the name suggest Majestic

The room was spotless, amenities was awesome but what stood out the most was the staff and the young crew members that were in charge of the activities. Tuti fruity and Muneca were the two names that I remember, but there were three other young ladies that I cannot recall their names. We would highly recommend staying here.
