「Resort is beautiful and brand new, but the service is very poor. As VIP Expedia customers, we never received the welcome fruit basket. At the a la carte restaurants, we waited on average 1.5 to 2 hours every night. We tried the Italian, Mexican, and Asian restaurants, and all were the same long wait time due to staff shortage . 「Excellent resort. Comfortable beds and rooms. The pool was really well laid out with spaces for families and couples alike. The restaurants were excellent. Buffet breakfast was so fresh and well stocked. Cocktails were delicious. The beach is beautiful. Unfortunately the water was a bit rough during our stay, so we mostly stayed by the pool. We would love to return in the future. 」

「Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. 「Princess Senses Mangrove -adults only is a beautiful resort. Great ocean and pool views from our room. The staff are friendly. It was nice to have transportation from the lobby to our building. Many restaurant options but get there early bc some restaurants get busy bc guests from the other resort eat there too. 」
