Professional and lovely staff, lots of fun, the pool and design of the hotel is one of the best I've been to, the buffet, Ventanitas was great, with lots of variety. The entertainment staff were a delight from Karaoke, beach volleyball to the shows. We had a great stay. Thank you Wyndham Alltra!

It was everything we wanted! Extremely beautiful, well maintained, and relaxing! The staff went above and beyond. My only disappointment was that we went during the red tide season and the ocean was full of seaweed, but that is my own fault for booking at that time. Francisco and Elias were two staff members that were really helpful to my family during our trip. Everyone was honestly great. There was always evening activities scheduled and the food was also pretty good. There was always something opened where people could get drinks or food. Our room was also really comfortable! It can be a far walk but they have golf carts to help you get to your building with your luggage

Me and my partner had an amazing stay for our anniversary! Our room was spotless every day with fresh towels, and there was a great variety of food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Bella, the Italian restaurant, was our favorite—beautiful atmosphere and delicious food. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Wandy, who took great care of us by the pool, and Ledixon, who kept the entertainment fun and the atmosphere lively. The pool was always clean, and our swim-up room made the experience even more special. We would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The outside of the resort was beautiful specially the plants / vegetation, the rooms ok but the whole 6 days we ere there we had problems with the bathroom no hot water, a strong smell of sewer even from the shower and clogged drain, the wait for the restaurants was unacceptable but the buffett was great, waiters very nice specially Luis our everyday waiter.

Clean room, courtesy of all staff, the food served at the Buffet delicious and lot of variety. Pools clean and well kept. Great entertainment every night. The tour in the city and tour guide and driver remarkable. I enjoyed my stay. I wish I could stay a little longer. I will be back in the future.

Ok the good first… The pool is beautiful, the rooms are nice and well maintained, the staff is very helpful! The bad The food is not good unless you go to the restaurants and even at the restaurants it’s a very limited menu. The showers in the rooms leak out into the bathroom and the floor is always wet! It’s very hard to find a place at the pool that is peaceful. Lots of louder people and kids.
