This is a great hotel, the staffs there are amazing. I had the privilege section and it’s worth it. Harry was my butler and he is so nice. My favorite restaurant was the steakhouse. The only thing is the beach is not the nicest in the area.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean. My maid Diana went out of her way to leave me towel animals with flowers. Beach staff Wilbur and Carlos at the bar were always ready with a smile and joke. The star of the show was our Butler Harry who went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay. For my birthday he delivered a cake and a bottle of champagne. He was ready to make sure our stay was special and made us dinner reservations with recommendations The only downside was the quality of the food. The amount of food and the variety were great but some of the restaurants delivered food that was disappointing. Especially Sendai the Japanese hibachi restaurant. Expectations were high but steak was difficult to chew and chicken was dry. Also there was too much food as we got hibachi shrimp and salmon after that Food not withstanding I'd recommend this resort

Clean room, great housekeeping and staff in most areas. Hated the distinction of "priority" (RUDE). Italian restaurant was terrible and Mexican restaurant mediocre. Check in was great and transfers to and from the airport was awesome!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed 10 days at Ocean Blue and Sand as a group of 7, and our experience was absolutely wonderful. The resort is beautiful, relaxing, and very well organized. A special thank you to Antonio and Moretta, the amazing servers at the beach bar, who took exceptional care of us every day. They were friendly, attentive, and truly the best servers. We would also like to thank Rosalía at the Privilege reception for her professionalism, kindness, and excellent assistance. She made everything smooth and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended—we would definitely return to Ocean Blue and Sand!

Very nice amenities and price. Beach and pool were very beautiful. Bartenders are excellent and all of the staff are always on top of their game. Only negative I have is that my hotel room had slightly dirty pillows and the sheets were of the same quality. I’m not a crazy germiphobe so I didn’t care too much but others might. Still, I wouldn’t take it against them. Price was very reasonable and excursions are very worth the price. Food is also very good. Definitely a good choice.

Great everything especially the entertainment team! They are the reason why we come back to the same resort even though we like to explore different properties .. the only feedback we have is to have food control as many items are so over salted it’s hard to enjoy them. Another thing is safety .. when it rains - ground outside, floors inside and stairs are all very slippery. Most guests walk in rubber flip flops and they are glide like on ice, very scary to walk. It would be great to have some anti slippery mats in high traffic areas to prevent unnecessary injuries and spoiled vacations.

This was our 5th trip to Punta Cana in 6 years and it was the best so far. (We’ve enjoyed the others but this was a level above. It’s usually just my wife and two kids who are currently 22 and 19. This year, their significant others came with them so we got three rooms instead of the usual two. We stayed at Majestic Elegance (2020), Serenade Punta Cana (2022), Majestic Colonial (2023), serenade PC-Adults (2024). This was our best and while some of it is just being experienced, the food and service was definitely better. I’m a huge bacon fan and barely have touched prior to this trip…they do American bacon at this resort. Also helped that we got free upgrade to Privledge rooms/service. Food- solid B+… Would be higher, but we spend $50 at an upgrade at the steakhouse for a fillet and should’ve just stuck with the New York sirloin for free. It was quite chewy and certainly not what you’re used to from USDA choice, American beef. Ocean eats at the privilege club near the ocean was incredible and those are some of the fancy pictures I have attached. Service- Overall, the service was an A-. Chambermaids were great. The “butler” Tomas (really concierge service) was great. Diogenes was great pool bar tender and great personality. Oguis was quieter but also very good. Lots of beach volleyball (we always bring our own deflated w/pump)…many others did here too. So many playing that you had to find a way to work yourself in. Pool volleyball net was always up to and less crowd
