We had an incredible time! The staff were amazing, but our butler Raul superseded every expectation imaginable! Staff will go the extra mile to ensure everything goes smoothly, but Raul will run a marathon for the families he supports.

Bhogaley, indian Cuisine is the best. The chef Mr Dayal Singh is excellent. The Italian place was horrible and not at all accommodating to our food allergies . Shame on them. Very disappointing staff. Overall good experience but unfortunately no one understands English well so hard to communicate. Staff seemed lazy.

The place is definitely a bit older, but the resort is nice. The place is super big, so pools and places don’t feel crowded. Grounds are kept well and pools are clean. Loved that the beach is so close and absolutely gorgeous. Rooms are a bit older, but still decent. One of the things we didn’t like is that we couldn’t do any sport activities in the evening at the sports area because they wouldn’t leave the lights on after 7pm. We would’ve loved to play when it was so hot.

Our room was in a great location. Disappointed when we got there, we were supposed to be VIP and when we got there it was not available. This is one reason I booked there. Also it says 24 hour room service is included but did not say they charge each time for this, this was disappointing also. All inclusive means everything is included. Need to update what is exactly included so there are no surprises when you get there

This was the most disappointing hotel experience I have had in over ten years of traveling to warm destinations. Upon arrival, there were close to 10 issues in our room that required attention. Despite multiple visits to the front desk, it took 8 requests before meaningful assistance was provided. The air conditioning did not function properly and required escalation before it was taken seriously. It took about 5 days to partially resolve the issue, and it was never fully fixed. As a result, approximately 3 to 4 days of our 9‑day vacation were spent dealing with room issues and waiting for repairs rather than enjoying the resort. While the hotel itself is pleasant and I understand that room issues can occur, the repeated lack of timely response significantly impacted our experience. Had it not been for Marina and Dariel at the customer service desk, who were very sensitive to the issues I was having, and eventually acknowledged those issues and their urgency, the experience would have been even more negative. Given the cost of this trip, losing 3 to 4 days of our vacation due to unresolved issues was extremely frustrating and left a lasting negative impression. Also important to note that paying for a pool side room at this resort doesn't mean you will have a pool side room. We ended up garden side and the people at the front desk told me that this resort sees a pool side room as a room not too far from the pool. In ALL hotels I have been to before, this has never happened.

I had a great experience staying here. The decor was beautiful and gave the hotel a really welcoming feel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the stay even more enjoyable. The food options were very good, with plenty of variety, and everything I tried was satisfying. Overall, the atmosphere was pleasant, comfortable, and exactly what you want when visiting such a beautiful destination. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely visit again. I loved this place and would happily recommend it to others.

The staff aren’t very friendly in all places and not all have great English, tips are expected to get better/friendly service. Our server at the sports bar was very unpleasant. Several people in my group had issues with their rooms, but ours was great! Housekeepers were very friendly, and easy check in. The resort itself was huge and close to the water! Food was average, and drinks were great :)
