We ordered an ocean view and could not see the ocean from our room. The WiFi was unusable from our room and our bedding was damp. We had to run the water for 30 mins to get hot water. The hotel layout is weird, we had to walk 20 mins to get to some of the restaurants. We stayed for 4 nights and couldn’t get any reservations for the first two nights, so we barely got to try any of the a la carte restaurants. The ones we did try, the food was mediocre. Service was a hit or miss, we had to wait 40 mins to place our order for one of the restaurants. The beach was filled with boats so the view wasn’t very scenic. The pools were nice though.

The room had electric issues, power was going in and out. Our bathroom power outlet didn’t work so I had to do my hair in the room with no mirror in site. Once I told Expedia the hotel said they would send people to deep clean the room and do maintenance to avoid compensating us. The claimed they deep cleaned but the room looked the same but they took all the towel so we had to request more which took a while to get. Maintenance didn’t come til a day or two later which they said nothing was wrong with the fridge but they didn’t really assess it. The door handle to the sliding door was lifting up. the staff had offered to bring us drinks on 3 separate occasions and never came with drinks had us waiting for 3hrs just to find the worker chatting with friends at the bar. Had to request house keeping x3 and called and no one answered. Despite being tipped well staff was providing the bare minimum service. The food was not the greatest. The mirrors were dirty and stained. We voiced our concerns again and they told us every place has problems like this what do you want us to do about it. Then they told my Fiance that we could be compensated and would updgrade us to unique with a butler. So we get down to upgrade and asked again about the butler like we were promised and they said no you are just getting the unique services which was around 7pm and they told us we couldn’t go to the unique spots that night bc their was a wedding in place. We actually only had access for one full day

Wait times, hospitality is weak unless you’re tipping them well. The place is superspread out that it takes forever to walk places. There’s no hot tubs, pool water was freezing, ocean had tons of sea weed. The food is not good, theres only one beer and it’s on tap and tastes skunked. None of the drinks are any good. The rooms are hard to regular temperature, all humid every thing smells like mildew and is damp. The hotel has a very luxurious look but that’s the only good part of it. Not bad for the price.

The room had a slight mold smell. Most of the staff were very good and helpful. There were a lot of things to do at the hotel.We stayed for three days and didn’t even need to leave the premises. Overall, it was a good experience.

Very pretty pools were great but lacked snack options all day / grab and go food. Also the kids club was terrible ! The worst. The staff was mean to the kids. To all the kids there. The room was wonderful, and the staff were excellent. The service was excellent also. The only small critique was the food. Staff wasn't welcoming, compared to the other restorts I've been too in Punta Cana. We didn't feel like guest, but rather just regular customers. The all inclusive had many restrictions aswell, compared to other resorts. Showers could also improve as water was leaking everywhere. Overall I was a bit disappointed with my stay, as I had better expectations.

Room is clean and spacious, staff is excellent and friendly, the beach & pools are awesome. The foam party was amazing only thing is kids be in there.

The property and everything around was beautiful. The only thing would be a little nice if the workers smiled a little more or acted like they enjoyed what they were doing.

Excelente experiencia en Lopesan Costa Bávaro. Desde nuestra llegada, el personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Las instalaciones son hermosas, limpias y muy bien cuidadas. La habitación era cómoda y elegante, con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. La comida fue variada y deliciosa, y el servicio en los restaurantes y bares fue excelente. La playa y las piscinas son espectaculares, ideales para relajarse. Sin duda volvería y lo recomiendo 100%.
