「We got a 3 bedroom suite. It was great! Very spacious, full kitchen, overall very comfortable and clean. Parking is included on site and also there is an overflow lot right down the street, if that runs out. Breakfast is delicious. You will get a link texted to you to place the order the night before. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a nice area and short drives or Uber rides to most places you need to get to in San Juan. The pool is cute and has a great view!」

「The location and views are excellent. The rooms are comfortable. However, upon arrival, the staff was not very friendly. We got there a bit early and had suitcases but the only option for us to hang out at the pool area was to bring our suitcases outside with us. I asked for the WIFI pw at the front desk and was told that there wasn't WIFI available. The next morning, we went to use the pool but it was shut down for maintenance.」
