「Rooms are horrible tubs are chipping and I had the preferred club which means top shelf drinks . First let me start off saying the food was nasty as hell, in the morning for breakfast & lunch can’t enjoy your food. There are flies everywhere & birds disgusting . When you get up to get a drink you have to cover the plate with napkins. I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all . 「The young lady who checked us in was amazing and very kind and helpful. I did not get her name but she had short blond hair. She was great. There were also several other employees who went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Chunalies greeted us with a warm smile and graciousness from our first encounter until we left. 「Overall, the check-in and room were great. The only thing is about the villas is that there’s only air condition in the bedrooms in that in the entire living space and you get charged for the usage. If you go over, thankfully we didn’t go over by too much also we thought that there was something a little off with the sheets as we have been breaking out on the first night so we asked if the sheets could be replaced and they were but we still were breaking out on our Skin. if you do not rent a car...

「We stayed at the SUBI club level room and it was beautiful. These rooms are located slightly off the main area and are generally more quiet. We had a room with walk out patio and tranquility tub. Although beautiful we never used the patio and only used the tub once. I don't think I would go that route for our next trip. THERE WILL DEFINITELY be another trip in the future. WE loved it」

「I travelled with 2 girlfriends and we stayed in a 3 bedroom villa with a private pool. The villa was very clean and comfortable. When we arrived to check in at 1:30, our room was not ready yet which we assumed it wouldn't be because check in is at 3pm. Had lunch at the rook top restaurant and views were beautiful and the food was delicious, however service was very slow and they were not busy.
