「I didn’t have lights in my room for over an hour. And the pool umbrella flew off and hit my granddaughter in her face.」

「We stayed at this property for 9 nights. Although it is a nice property, it misrepresented its amenities in the Expedia posting. The posting lists two pools and a beach, both of which are correct. However, it doesn't mention that you need to purchase drinks/food from the two restaurants to use the amenities. That was at least $30-$40 daily just for drinks for the three of us. In addition, one of the two pools is gated for a handful of higher-priced rooms and not open to all property patrons.」

「The rooms were very clean, and the guest house offers private bathrooms for every room. Just a heads-up: you’ll need to bring your own soap as it wasn't provided. Also, keep in mind that staff will enter your room to turn off the AC if you leave it on while you’re out. If you’re taller or like extra space, definitely book the King bed instead of the double. We stayed here for a specific event and the location was ideal.」
