「We stayed at this property for 9 nights. Although it is a nice property, it misrepresented its amenities in the Expedia posting. The posting lists two pools and a beach, both of which are correct. However, it doesn't mention that you need to purchase drinks/food from the two restaurants to use the amenities. That was at least $30-$40 daily just for drinks for the three of us. In addition, one of the two pools is gated for a handful of higher-priced rooms and not open to all property patrons.」

「We had an ocean view suite which was very spacious, but 2nd floor doesn’t give much ocean views. Room was clean and cold, but requested housekeeping items via the QR code went unanswered. The QR code is expected to be used for all information & making dinner reservations at both properties. Each of us could only access a few of the restaurants but not all. We come on vacation to see cheerful, happy things, but I didn’t get that energy from her. Made it a gloom hoping she wasn’t at the desk when I went in for a question. The Resort is located in a centralized location, close to everything. Casino, Mambo Beach, Downtown, Restaurants, etc. I have to come back and have a redo.」
