The biggest issue was the service—staff rarely made eye contact or acknowledged us, and we often had to go out of our way to get assistance. The staff were friendly and helpful. The service in the ala carte restaurants was the slowest I’ve seen anywhere, but they were all friendly. The food was just ok. I’ve stayed at several all inclusive resorts before, plus cruises, and expected better dining options.」

「Well we were told they are about to close and I completely understand. The rooms need to be redone completely, pools need repainting, food needs help, some staff were great some weren't. Rooms... absolutely a NO. My room roof breathes so the ceiling was lifting and coming back down. At first i thought someone was watching me in the ceiling but then realized it was their air system. Sink kept filling up. lamps were filthy and remote. Im glad I bring cleaning supplies every where I go 」
