「The pool is amazing」

「Beautiful property, gorgeous ocean, many pools, ocean rocked off so easy to swim in ocean. Loved sunscape amenities like private pool, upscale liquor, vip services , minibar in room, concierge Kareen was fabulous when I needed help!! Kenneth and Beverly were fabulous bartenders and kind people!! Natalie, Verona, Peter, Harthan were great in the restaurants always sweet, nice , helpful, fun, made our stay even nicer!! 「I been coming for over ten years to this property and they didn’t offer me a late check out until 2 pm. They could have done it but they wanted to charge me. Also, the staff wasn’t helpful with that need. Make me think do they care more about charging 40 USD or keeping a client.」

「Only 2 issues. No entertainment or good music on the Rif side, way too quiet. The Rif side is not adults only, children everywhere. Also, no water in the refrigerator, they give you a water bottle which you have to continuously refill from the fountain.」

「Was an amazing stay! The property is well kept and bigger than I thought. Having an adult pool was really nice and peaceful! We added their breakfast to our stay and had a lot of options and was delicious. From the resort it’s about a 5 min walk to Jan Thiel Beach, grocery store and many restaurants, shops and snack bars! My only complaint is that if you decide to dine for dinner at the resort restaurant they are pretty slow so don’t go starving cause it will take a while. We dined out or at...

「The only good part of this hotel is that it’s close to the beach. The staff didn’t do much to show any appreciation for those celebrating special occasions. I’ve stayed in all over the Caribbean and usually the staff is very helpful, friendly and accommodating but this front end staff was very laidback and gave a sense of do it yourself feel to the place.」
