We paid for a superior swim up room, but due to an electrical issue. We had to change room and downgrade without compensation. Nobody check in on us following the room change. It was disappointing.

Beautiful resort! Went for our honeymoon and we were in paradise. The food was honestly pretty good, especially the Italian and Turkish restaurants. The buffet had decent selections and they would switch it up a bit daily. Get the pina coladas… we were obsessed with them. Staff were friendly but could take their time (island time!) but we didn’t mind. Pools were beautiful and clean, as well as the beaches. There were even a few cute cats around the resort that seemed taken care of. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

Our trip to Curaçao at Rif at Mangrove Beach Corendon All-Inclusive Resort Curacao was a great experience overall. The resort is very family-friendly, with plenty to do and a layout that makes everything easy and convenient. The city of Willemstad is absolutely beautiful—colorful, vibrant, and definitely worth exploring outside the resort. Like most all-inclusives, the food was good, but not quite at the level that makes it a standout. After a few days, you find yourself wanting a little more variety or something more authentic. Overall, it’s a great destination—especially for families—and Curaçao itself really adds to the experience.

The first night at the hotel, we had no water. They had to move us to the other hotel at 2 AM. Then Maintence just busts into the room While you are sleeping. Then we were not able to make any reservations for the restaurants and had to eat outside the hotel every day. Staff were rude and when we asked for more towels and wash clothes, they didn’t have any. Then they kept running out of drinking water for the hotel guests

My partner and I had the most amazing stay at the Rif. There were so many different options to choose to dine and eat throughout the day. Reservations have to be made to eat at some restaurants but if you don’t catch them on time, the buffet breakfast and dinner were great. Also, the resort is located a walking distance from the Queen Emma bridge. The pool and beaches were so relaxing and there is plenty of space to lounge. We would definitely stay at the resort again!

The staff weren’t really helpful. You had to really beg and ask for service a lot of the times same thing with room service. You literally had to tip big for them to come back the next day and even with them coming back the next day, you still need to ask them multiple times

I found the overall experience to be extremely disappointing from start to finish. What should have been a seamless stay turned into a series of ongoing inconveniences—from difficulties at check-in, to challenges securing restaurant reservations, to excessive delays even when attempting to obtain a simple drink, which is particularly concerning for an all-inclusive property. Additionally, much of the staff appeared unhelpful, and at times, outright discourteous and unaccommodating. This lack of hospitality significantly detracted from the experience. Most concerning, both my companion and I became ill with what appeared to be food poisoning during our stay, raising serious concerns about food safety and quality standards. Given the premium price point, I had anticipated a far higher level of service, organization, and overall guest care. Unfortunately, the experience fell well below expectations and did not reflect the value paid.

The room was okay but the mattress was terrible and the pillows were paper thin. Also we never had hot water while we were there. Apparently something was wrong with the water heating. The pool was nice as were the cabanas. The restaurant optoons were fine but we did not like that all of them were open air. There was never a time when you ate inside. There were lots of pigeons trying to pick up a meal in the dining areas and there were flies at the harbor restaurant.

Absolute amazing time my girlfriend and I had. Seriously one of the best vacations we’ve ever been on. First I’ll start with the staff, they were absolutely amazing. Saw some mixed reviews online about the staff but overall everyone was extremely helpful and super kind. The front desk helped with excursions and renting taxis and such. The bartenders were absolutely amazing. They were seriously super kind and very helpful and were always making sure everyone had something. We honestly built some friendships with some of the bartenders due to how nice they were. The property was extremely clean that my girlfriend and I almost had to LOOK for stuff that wasn’t clean or was dirty. There were always people circling around the beaches and entire resort really just cleaning up. We got the swim up room and it was absolutely amazing. Perfect in the morning for getting a tan and pool was so refreshing especially after a Long Beach day. The room was always clean and the mini bar was always stocked with beers sodas etc. Overall a review I’d give a solid 11/10 and I really mean that it was so much fun and honestly sad it’s over lol. Everyone, the front desk, the cleaning crew, bell boys and ESPECIALLY I cannot stress it enough the BEST bartenders I have ever met in my entire life and wish I was overreacting. Seriously a great time, so much to do and if you plan on staying I 100% recommend staying at The Rif because you also get both resorts. 11/10

Super de belle endroit pour des vacances. Par contre, c'est ma deuxième fois à cet endroit en deux ans avec ma blonde sans enfants. Je crois qu'ils ont changé leur politique d'accepter plus de famille. L'an dernier c'était plus tôt tranquille côté enfant et famille. Mais cette année c'était plus important. Je ne suis pas anti famille car j'ai trois enfants. Pourtant il y a le Carandon juste a coté pour les familles. C'est mon seul point négatif. Mais le reste est excellent. Très bon endroit.
