Much has changed since 2022.check-in is 3pm Our room was not ready until 530p. no acknowledgement or apology was made for the inconvenience.we were not greeted or acknowledge even with suitcases in hand. instead staff members spoke amongst themselves at the main entrance and disregarded guest . The main bar, had horrible drink, I ordered a mojito, pretty simple drink, disgusting. I stayed 5 days the bar had 1-2 bartenders there at any given day, wait time for a drink was 10-15minutes.The older gentleman usually solo by the grill bar was good. food options mediocre, staff not motivated to help with drinks or guest needs The main buffet area filled with birds which freely ate off of plates. Cabanas- first come first serve ,guest would leave there belongings on chairs claiming cabanas but would go to the pool area and not return for hours. no staff members overseeing or regulating. good luck getting a seat on the beach.Hotel provides a mobile application to download for requests, such as room cleaning, and request food, I mostly used it for room service, however not all request are confirmed nor approved but left on “pending”status.in 5 days my room was cleaned twice.
