「Clean and nice」

「The staff there is outstanding!!! Every member of the staff should have a pay increase. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend anyone to stay there. 」

「I genuinely enjoyed my stay through and through! My room had some dead flies on the ceiling so I would make sure you bring your own cleaning supplies to address that but overall everything was beautiful! All the staff were welcoming and very helpful, can’t wait to go back☺️」

「Everything was wonderful. One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. Only thing there are not many lounge chairs that you don’t have to paid an additional cost for. Loved all the Art, staff was great, our suite was excellent. If you are going to snorkel or dive, it wasn’t one of our favorite, not much to see.」

「The location of the property was ideal and having easy beach access was great. We enjoyed Mamdo Beach. The cafe in the hotel was a wonderful place for breakfast or lunch. Our room was very large and the bed was very comfortable. The view could have been better but we really didn’t spend much time in the room except to sleep. They need more parking. If parking is full and most nights it was we had to park next door and pay but the hotel did reimburse us.」

「First day was a big disappointment. We came in at 11:00 because of an early flight, asked for an early check in, they told us the people from that room would leave at 12:00 and after that it would be cleaned immediately. The check in time is 15:00 and by 15:35 the room was ready. We asked for a compensation, because of the longer waiting time, but we never got it. If it was the other way as in a later check out, they would let us pay for it, but they’re even talking about our compensation...
