I'm American and got my own room. The place was fairly empty (in early December), so not too much interaction with others (for better or worse). The building is old but everything is clean and in great working order. Great water pressure in showers, really clean bathrooms and kitchen, AC worked great (you'll need it), and parking was easy. Security at the gate is no hassle for walking or driving in or out. Front desk was friendly and helpful when I left my key in my room. You can walk to the main part of town in 12 minutes or across the bridge in 20. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The staff is so incredibly kind! I love that there are multiple pool options, only thing I’d change is the Continental breakfast: it’s literally just a peanut butter and jelly sandwich lol but the stay here was great

As a Hotel is good but treatment for.people.in hostal is so different. Guys in the front desk just receive the guest and do not explain or show conditions as they do with the regular clients of the hotel area.

For me, the location was the priority. the facilities again for me since I was out every day from sunup to late in the evening was again excellent. And above all very safe and secure. Overall, there was nothing I did not like. Since I have to go back there in January I will want to stay at the same plce.

Many kind people on the property to greet me and help with any questions. I came at a very quiet time which (late June) which I appreciated—practically didn’t see any other people. The property could use some maintenance and extra cleaning in areas, and jacuzzi did not heat up. Great location to accessing downtown Willemstad. Overall cleanliness of the room was excellent. Access to the Ritz beach pool was a huge plus!

They are renovating and changed our reservation without advance notice. The windows would not close all the way letting in mosquitoes and one of our rooms had roaches. Went to front desk and they just handed us roach spray. It did not seem like they cared.
