Foolishly I had neglected to contact the staff before booking to explain my age and inability walk long distances or climb multiple flights of stairs. They were totaly booked and I was afraid I would have to look for other lodging. Luckily the young lady at the desk Keisha, was one of the the most helpful, professional and caring people imaginable. 「My friend and I had the best week ever at the Pietermaai Oasis. The location was perfect and everyone who worked there was just so pleasant to deal with. We loved James, the hotel cafe; everything we ate was delicious and it was so convenient for breakfast/lunch. And of course the pools were amazing. We enjoyed our room as well! It had everything we needed and felt like home coming back after a day of exploring. We'll definitely be coming back!」

「We had a great stay! The rooms were clean and modern. Housekeeping came everyday. The pool was big and had a swim up bar. The beach was easy to get to - literally right outside our door! The food was plentiful, lots of variety and available almost around the clock. We also liked that the hotel was a quick 5 min walk to town. We would come back for sure!」
