「Honestly, for the amount of money I spent, this experience was below standards. The app we had to use wasn't properly updated — I'd go to a restaurant only to find it closed, even though the app said it was open. The only reason I'm giving any stars at all is because of Deantely. She was the most helpful staff member and truly made the experience better. The room AC didn't work, and one night the water was out in every room — I had to wash my face with bottled water. I ended up switching rooms...

「I loved the stay at this resort, the food was ok, they are so many options to eat, but sometimes it was cold, the drinks were good. The thing I did not like at all it was the support from the suff starting at reception, they would let other people cut lines and we had to wait. When we went in the room the sink was clocked and still the reception did not collaborate. The stuff at the buffee was not helpuful. The girls at the beach bar were great, and the cleaning stuff also.」

「The location of this hotel is amazing, the water and the beach are really nice. I wish their staff that walks around the beach would be more attentive to their guest. For instance, offering to bring something like a drink or a menu, during our six days stay we were approached twice during the entire six days we were there. Their breakfast has lots of variety and very affordable. And the proximity to restaurants and shops are within a few minutes and it's part of the location so there's no need...

The dehumidifier leaked a significant amount of water onto the floor, making it slippery. My daughter fell because of this, which was very concerning. 「The villas are a little far from the beach ao the whole time i had to drive to the beach. Alsa at the beach club you have to pay for the beach chairs 6 dollars and for the beds $90 dollars at least the chairs should be free for guests.」
