「Floor of our room needed a good clean-up. The room itself is modern and nice. Connecting doors, however, seem to make the rooms noisy. Front-office manager and staff were excellent, they are very attentive to all details. Breakfast buffet had minimum items, service personnel in restaurant lacked supervision. Property gives good overall impression in the general areas. The parking lot was full all the time, the parking garage seemed unsupervised.」

「Expensive to travel around. 40US per person for a taxi. Food choices not good. It’s Dutch Spanish and black dishes mixed. The local black staff made my stay very great even at the beach. But there is passive racism from the white not blatant like the US. Overall the stay was good I would go back.」

「The hotel is in a very convenient area. Extremely walkable to lots of restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It wasn’t as much as an ocean view as I expected and the rooftop pool had mold so I was sad that I got in it. Otherwise our room was very clean and it was great for our stay.」

「Breakfast is a bit expensive in my opinion esp if your traveling with young kids who are picky and still have to pay normal prices even though they don’t eat much. But other the. That it was good. There was poop in the pool for two days and the staff didn’t clean it—regardless of bringing it to their attention. And how do I know it was poop, one of the kids stepped on it and it stained the bottom of the pool. So idk how long after they cleaned it. But two days in a row, it was there.」

「Must book location, my only regrets is that I did not stay longer. Very spacious, secure, clean, staff were very helpful and friendly. Perfect location to be near every activity on the island. I will definitely return again !」
