The room was very old and with water leakage residual, windows were not covert proper, not blacked out, on the other hand staff was very nice, I wanted to cancel the reservation, I couldn’t, was impossible

Where to begin? The room pricing was considerably higher than it should have been for the quality. You had to turn in the room key by 9:30 to get the room serviced. The refrigerator in the kitchenette would not get cold. Notified the front desk. Maintenance determined that the frig was not functioning. Did not hear from anyone. Pushed to get the issue taken care of. Two days later, a different frig showed up from another room. Would not fit where the original was set. Had to be left on the floor outside of the cabinet. At least that one worked. The upstairs restaurant was very poor quality and everything was overcooked and tasteless. The "pool close by" was in the middle of a construction zone and had no water. If there is no pool access, please do not advertise it. The bathroom appeared to be designed by someone that had no clue. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. The toilet was a miniature commode set so close to the shower that you had to sit side-wise to keep from knocking your knees on the shower wall. Room repairs and maintenance appeared to be severely lacking. For the price paid I would like that someone could at least check to see that everything was working. I will not be returning to this hotel ever. Very disappointing. Really sorry to bring this to light, but hopefully the owner and management can improve some of these items.

The hotel is run-down and only rates two-stars at best. There was a damaged electrical outlet in the bathroom that was an extreme hazard. There is no TV. There are numerous things that need to be done to bring it u0p to three stars.

Whole location of the hotel is great, the rest is terrible. The first room we were placed in smelled terrible and air con unit was clearly moldy. We were able to switch to a different room with non-moldy unit and much cleaner. No basic toiletries (a small tube of bubble bath soap and even no hand soap). Advertised continental breakfast was 2 sad containers of cereal crumbs, jar of Nutella with a knife sticking out, 5 slices of bread and container of oj. Luckily we were there only for one night due to the flight delay.

Me gustó mucho la atención del personal de cocina y recepción, siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos. El desayuno rico, variado, la habitación limpia, buena comunicación en español, la habitación si necesita un poco de mantenimiento, ciertas cosas que fallaron pero el personal siempre nos solucionó. No tienen piscina por ahora pero me gustó mucho la ubicación, súper cerca del centro y dentro de Kura Huganda village que es muy seguro, con varios restaurantes y tiendas muy bonitas. Recomendado y espero volver pronto.

This is a great spot for an active traveler looking to spend most of their time outdoors. That being said, the accommodations are not bad. The room did include a microwave, kettle and fridge. This was very convenient for keeping food and drink purchased while out.
