This was my second time staying at this hotel. I chose it because it was the lowest price for Willemstad. Room was in good condition but not enough towels. We only had one body towel per person and no hand towels for the bathroom sink or the kitchen sink. No other toiletries offered and room body wash was never replaced and only shampoo, no conditioner.

Great location. Room super clean. Comfy bed , quality bed linen. Well furnished room. Centrally located in Willemstad. Minute walk to floating bridge and dining options in Punda & Ottrobanda. However, I booked a few times and not get what I booked ie. table & chair, balcony depending on availability. It is a bit annoying to have to bring it up and showing the screenshot of your booking. When i arrived the room was still like the previous guest left it. I was asked to wait 1 hour, i came back after 2 hours and it was still not ready, luckily after 3 hours i was able to enter my room. I asked for a late check out as compensation, it was okay when i asked, but on the check out day i was denied a late check out. The hotel is nice, but my experience there wasnt. I hope that the problems can be fixed so i might come back someday.
