The property itself is very nice and beautifully designed. I booked an ocean-view room, which the view was absolutely stunning. I celebrated my birthday during my stay, and overall it was a great experience. The food at the property is excellent I took advantage of the five-course dining experience on the evening before of my birthday. One of the highlights of my stay was receiving a complimentary cabana on the day of my birthday, which made the celebration even more special. It was a wonderful touch and I really appreciated it. However, I did not like the fact that the room did not have an actual TV. Instead, there was only an iPad provided, which was not a feasible replacement for in-room entertainment. I do feel the property should offer more options for guests when it comes to entertainment. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and the location was great. I would also like to highlight Remi and Riahna at the front desk, who were both very helpful and welcoming during our stay. Great customer service always makes a difference. I would definitely book again.

A beautiful hotel with stunning ocean views. Great location within walking distance to shopping and many fantastic restaurants. The room was well appointed and the views from our ocean view room were picture perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. The on site restaurant had delicious food and made fantastic drinks! My only criticism would be the lack of shade when sitting out on the pier ( umbrellas were beautiful but provided zero protection against the sun). Beach cabanas ( additional cost ) required reservations but were not exclusive to hotel guests so availability was limited. Otherwise, a wonderful stay!

The hotel was nice, and clean and the staff were helpful. The only complaint i have is charging hotel guests for loungers, and deck chairs around the pool/"beach" this should be free or cheaper to hotel guests compared to people from outside the hotel.

Room was great, and the staff makes the place. They are so kind, knowledgeable, and always ready for anything you need. They arranged our rental car for a day, and confirmed everything down to the minute. They went the extra mile for us.
Complimentary tote bag, great for the pool, magazine which is great for local places to go and see, and big pool towels which are changed out daily.

One of our favourite stays of all time! You cannot beat the views on this stunning property! Everything was clean, upscale and lovely! It would be nice to have priority with the beach chair seating, that was the only thing we didn't love about the hotel. Thank you for the wonderful stay, we would love to return!
