「Tudo perfeito, do atendimento até a estrutura, serviço impecável! Todos que estão ali são muito gentis, recepção, camareira, atendimento do bar, John da cozinha (acho que esse é o nome, se a minha memória não falhou), muito simpático e faz refeições saborosíssimas! Apenas colocaria um espelho grande no quarto compartilhado em que fiquei hospedada, para conseguir ver o corpo inteiro!」

「Everything was perfect, from the moment we arrived. We loved this place. This is our 9th stay and we are always surprised by their kindness and hospitality. They make us feel at home. This time, due to our flight cancellation, we needed to stay an extra day and received all the support from the staff so that we could stay an extra night.」

「The staff were courteous but at the restaurant service was slow. I put that down to being understaffed. The food in all the eateries was very good except for the Japanese restaurant where it was so so. We had a room with a private pool which we very much enjoyed. The room was clean. Sometimes we had to ask for more hand towels but that was rare. The drinks were great. We did find that getting our wine at the bar before heading to the restaurant was a good idea. 」

「Courteous staff on Check In. Renovated room with comfy bed and upgraded washroom Plentiful toiletteries supplies . Towels changed on demand if necessary. Coffee & tea in the lobby until 10 am. Would certainly go back. Thank you VM Francine B」
