Staff was very friendly and helpful especially Chantal who assisted us in staying extra days after our flight was canceled. Rooms are large and clean, the pool is warm and the spa is nice. It’s a 3 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Very good location.

The room was amazing! Very spacious. This is our second time at this resort, and second time was definitely much better experience. It is conveniently located walking distance from the beach, also few mins from the Aquarium. Convenience store on premises for basic necessities/snacks. Breakfast at the Reefs Cafe was always delicious, and staff were nice and friendly, but very long wait time. Nemo restaurant at the nearby resort was also great for dinner. If you ever need to call a taxi, be prepared to wait a while, so plan ahead. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

The staff was awesome, always quick to respond and resolve any issues. They provided suggestions of places to go and went above and beyond to ensure everything was great. Pool is adequate with lots of loungers but we walked to the beach and only used the pool one evening for a quick dip. Room was clean and had a nice small kitchen including dishes and utensils, a fridge, dishwasher and convection/microwave which was nice if you wanted to make your own breakfast, lunch or dinner. Balcony was a great bonus, very spacious.

The room was great, but in the morning, we couldn't stay on the balcony because a big truck was emptying the sewer of the hole across from us. It was very noisy, but by no fault of our hotel. Just too bad.
