「El personal fue súper amable, estaban dispuestos a ayudar en todo, muy serviciales. La piscina estaba disponible lo cual nos agradó mucho. Desayuno delicioso. Las instalaciones del hotel eran una experiencia distinta, nos encantó estar cerca de los animales. A pesar de que el hotel es un poco alejado de todas playas, tener un carro nos ayudó mucho y teníamos parqueadero incluido 」

「The rooms are small! Hotel is extremely overpriced. The mattress is thin, pillows small and the cover was really thin. There is no mirror and the ceiling leaks when AC is on. The balcony is a joke. Pool area closes at 6pm. The employees at the restaurant pool area are rude and standoffish. They only cater to those who look like them. I am confused as to how this hotel has so many good reviews. The only good thing about this hotel is the area. Shaniya who works at the front desk was really nice...

「Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, mussten allerdings noch ein wenig auf unser Zimmer warten. Die Zeit haben wir direkt genutzt um uns am Strand zu entspannen. Hier sind überall genug Liegen verfügbar. Auch der 50 m Pool ist fantastisch. Die öffentlichen Toiletten waren immer sehr sauber und auch die Zimmerreinigung war klasse. Wir haben alle Tage im Hotel gefrühstückt. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, jedoch eventuell etwas eintönig, sollte man länger im Resort sein. Als wir da waren, waren...

「The room was clean. The staff was very pleasant. We hardly spent time in our room, but the beds were def comfortable and shower was great. Shops nearby all in walking distances from the hotel. Very centrally located to all the tourists activity esp to Queen Emma Bridge. For people looking to book this hotel.
