「This is a 2 star hotel. Extemely disappointed in the entire stay. The check in experience was horrendous, took 5 hours to get our room, staff is not friendly. Terrible service, terrible food. I will not be returning, ever! Had so much expectations for a Dream property, save your money and travel elsewhere!」

「I wish I could give a 100/10. Our stay at Avila Beach Hotel was completely perfect. The property, beach, hotel, and everything about this place is beautiful. We ate at all the places on site and also for different meals, the food was so good! All the amenities are great and the staff are top notch. 「We stayed at the SUBI club level room and it was beautiful. These rooms are located slightly off the main area and are generally more quiet. We had a room with walk out patio and tranquility tub. Although beautiful we never used the patio and only used the tub once. I don't think I would go that route for our next trip. THERE WILL DEFINITELY be another trip in the future. WE loved it」

「I travelled with 2 girlfriends and we stayed in a 3 bedroom villa with a private pool. The villa was very clean and comfortable. When we arrived to check in at 1:30, our room was not ready yet which we assumed it wouldn't be because check in is at 3pm. Had lunch at the rook top restaurant and views were beautiful and the food was delicious, however service was very slow and they were not busy.
