「The only good part of this hotel is that it’s close to the beach. The staff didn’t do much to show any appreciation for those celebrating special occasions. I’ve stayed in all over the Caribbean and usually the staff is very helpful, friendly and accommodating but this front end staff was very laidback and gave a sense of do it yourself feel to the place.」

「The property is beautiful in the historical area of Curacao. The host greeted us at the door with cold water. We were pleasantly upgraded to a larger room with a balcony. Each floor, including our room, had an espresso machine including coffee and tea. The fixtures and furniture were all new and the rooms were spotless; lots of interesting vintage decorations. 「This is a nice small hotel. Very comfortable. Beautiful location on the coast. Our one complaint is that it is listed as on the beach. It would be accurate to say "on the sea", but not "on the beach". It is on a rock outcropping which cannot be safely navigated to the water. There is no sand at all. Other than that, we would heartily recommend.」
