North Beach 3 Stars Hotels

"See my review on Google. I ended up getting most of my money back. But I highly suggest other places. Look at Marena hotel on Miami Beach. It was worlds better"

"Room was clean, bed very comfy. We don’t like the half door shower they have going on but it looks very nice. I hated the toilets lol. The restaurant onsite didn’t have pepperoni pizza, or beef for the nachos. Also super slow service. The pool was pretty, it stayed in the shade the entire time we were there, which I bet is great when it’s super hot out! From booking I really thought there was going to be more around, or a little walk by the water, it was more industrial though. Definitely a great location to stay the night before your flight because it’s so convenient to the airport. "

"I have stayed at this hotel 5 times, rooms are roomy and clean. Also so close to the beach you can’t go wrong. "

"I’ve been to this hotel twice in two months and bar/nightclub was booked for the weekends for special events. So don’t expect to be able to go there on the weekends. That’s the only I stayed there for the bar that I couldn’t use. "

"Staff is uninterested in its customers. Multiple employees dont even acknowledge you as customers but would rather sit in their backroom and drink their little expresso's. No toiler paper after a couple days. Batteries in the remote were dead for the whole stay even though we reported it twice. They said it was fixed twice. Lol Floors were cracked and broken which retains dirt and also causes a huge trip hazard. Tile popped as you walked on them. Air conditioning was very unconventional. No split unit but only a single in unit, on the floor, dirty, smelled moldy, and extremely loud room a/c. Beds were just above uncomfortable. No mini bar as advertised. 2 waters at $9 each, m&m's, a few toiletries. Other then that some people may enjoy it?? "

"The location is close to the airport and business-friendly (quiet and clean). The lunch and dinner options may need to be revised and better stocking of items; consider a happy hour by the pool or lobby. The computer at the business station needs to be checks, maybe add new ones. Also the hotel should look at an airport shuttle again. Maybe even partner with the hotel next door that has vehicles but rebrand if they need to share the cost, so it can be a generic brand going to both hotels. "
