"Rooftop was closed for repairs. Rooms and facility very clean but too many rooms in relation to elevators and public spaces. Lobby and dining always crowded. Great location"

Bathroom is very small and a challenge for three ladies getting ready for the day. For the price and location, I would definitely book again."

"Bare bones hotel with no complimentary amenities (water, in-room coffee and tea). The room was spotless and smelled extremely clean upon walking in and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. However, the tiny bathroom needs updating and there was mold and mildew on the shower tiles and ceiling. I’d also recommend lotion and hand soap."

"Booked a king suite and photos of the room online were not what the room was. For $1000 a night having a tub shower and a toilet squeezed right next to it wasn’t what was pictured (beautiful white marble bathroom with gold fixtures….ya this bathroom was 30+ years old) Lobby bar was nice but the rooms we got weren’t what was pictured and advertised as a suite. Next time will stay elsewhere for sure."
