Spacious suite, comfortable bed and the view of the ski slopes from the large indoor pool was amazing. Well priced for everything you get at the resort. Staff was very friendly too. We enjoyed our weekend away.

I have been here before years ago. The place is a good value and in a great location. Unfortunately the room was given to us in poor condition. There were cobwebs from the ceiling to one of the lamps. There was a used black latex glove in the chair. There was a ski glove behind the couch. There was a handprint on the wall above the kitchen table. The place wasn't properly vacuumed. Along the baseboard the carpet meets the baseboard there was a good amount of debris. I complained to the front desk and they offered to change our room but we were already settled in at that point. I also had concerns the next room would be the same with regard to cleaning. Manager where are you? Obviously not on site on the busiest days of the week. No manager on site. I asked at the front desk. I realize things happen and staff make mistakes but I complained via text and sent pictures as well as told them at the front desk. If you would have called me I probably would not have sent this review. I suggest someone does a walk through to check how these units are left for the next guests. After all you have 6 hours between the 10 am check out and the 4pm check in (I found that that was out of range with the norm as well). You can do better than this.

Looks way better in person than the pictures. Still old and dated but not as spooky as the pictures seem. They don't tell you this at all, just expect you to read a packet - there is no housekeeping, no nothing. You are supposed to take your own trash out. They also do not really clean the room beforehand because there was trash leftover from the previous person. It's basically a rental home. Maybe I missed a description but do not expect this to be your standard hotel type setting. Also, request a second floor room. We had someone above us who sounded like they were wearing their ski boots, thumping around the entire room non stop, through midnight and then restarted again at 6am. The hotel did not do any thing. We got zero sleep our last night and this entire experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. Outside of the convenience of the location, there is zero reason to really want to come back... you can't beat the price but don't expect anything but the basics.

No the pool was packed with little kids splashing constantly there were 10 year olds in the hot tub unsupervised even tho the rules state otherwise the neighbors to our groom were up all night yelling and banging the first night I have a baby and she couldn’t sleep because of it the building was way too far from the pool area and the whirlpool tub in the room was unable to use because the water turned cold halfway thru filling it the view of the mountain was nice but I wouldn’t come back

The room we stayed in has a shared hot water heater with another room, when we tried to take a shower in the morning we had no hot water. We called the front desk and were told to wait for the water heater to generate hot water. We waited until 30 minutes prior to check out and still had no hot water therefore we could not take a shower prior to checkout.

Good size rooms, had everything we needed. Accessible to the main building (wish there were bigger cups for coffee and real milk) but other then that it was great. Front desk was helpful.

Room was sufficient with queen’s size bed and sofa bed for family of 4. Room has an efficient kitchen with 2 burner stove, pots and pans and dishes and utensils. Large indoor swimming pool in the main building. Kids enjoyed it although it was crowded. Plenty of towels. Main building also have a pool table, ping pong table, gym, and small arcade. This location was very closed to Jiminy peak (5 mins drive) so very convenient for skiing. Will stay again if price is right.
