Nice hotel with wonderful employees. Rooms could use a refresh but the great location makes up for that. The hotel lobby has access to underground tunnel system. We used it to walk to Union Station in less than 15 minutes. Really convenient.

Our stay this time was okay. Hotel is clean as usual and close to everything but we ended with a room next to the elevator shaft and you could hear the elevator cars moving all night.

The staff team was outstanding! Charles understood the assignment! He helped my colleagues and I to stitch multiple-booking stays seamlessly together without having to check out and then in again, and kept us in easy proximity to each other. He did this warmly and without making us feel like a challenge or a burden. Our rooms were beautiful and the club floor breakfast was excellent.
